  • Understand that you will be required to enter into a Grant Agreement - which is summarised here
  • Have read and understood Mentorship Requirements as described in Skills for Successful Mentoring
  • Understand that you will be required to enter into a Mentorship Agreement 
  • Consent to have your Project promoted by Focus with Passion
  • Confirm that all the work you use or promote is your own material
  • Do not owe any money or Outstanding Reports to Focus with Passion
