Prior to completing this Application Form, it's important that you read and follow the guidlines contained in the Focus with Passion - Grant Application Guide.

This first section will help you and Focus with Passion understand if you are eligible for a Grant. You're required to complete this section prior to continuing further.

Incomplete Applications and/or Applications received after the closing date will not be considered.

Before proceeding, please confirm that you:

• Have read and understood the Grant Program Guide - as described here
• Understand that you will be required to enter into a Grant Agreement - which is summarised here
• Have read and understood Mentorship Requirements, as described in the Focus with Passion - Mentorship Guide
• Understand that you will be required to enter into a Mentorship Agreement 
• Consent to have your Project promoted by Focus with Passion
• Confirm that all the work you use or promote is your own material
• Do not owe any money or Outstanding Reports to Focus with Passion
• That you are 18 years of age or older.
