Each page includes a Form Navigation panel which links directly to each page of the Form; jump directly to the page you want.

Click 'Next Page' | 'Previous Page' to move forward or backward through the Form. 

 

 

Your Form will save each time you click ‘Next Page’| ‘Previous Page’, or on any page name in Form Navigation panel.

To leave a partially completed Form - click 'Save and Close' - then log out.

When you log in again - clicking on 'My Submissions'; a list of the Forms you have commenced or submitted will display.

Click Submission Number (or the arrow icon) to expand the list, then click Form Name to continue.

 

To download any drafted / completed Forms as in PDF format: click Submission Number - then the red PDF icon (beside the Form you wish to download).

 

 

Review your Form prior to submission and check that all required fields have been completed.

Submit your Form by clicking on the 'Submit' button.

A 'Form Submission confirmation' message will display and you will be sent a confirmation email (check your spam or junk email folders if unable to locate this email in your Inbox).

 

 

For security reasons, your login session will expire after 20 minutes of inactivity, although saving your Form or navigating to another page resets the timer.

You’ll be prompted 90 seconds prior to session expiry. If you don’t respond to the prompt - your Form will automatically save.
